The world is changing faster than ever with challenges that are becoming increasingly complex. At the same time, we live in a world with unlimited possibilities due to current technological developments. We know from experience that it’s challenging to get new concepts off the ground and then monetize them correctly. It’s common to start with great enthusiasm, only to encounter obstacles in the implementation along the way resulting in a deadlock. De wereld verandert sneller dan ooit met uitdagingen die steeds complexer worden. Tegelijkertijd leven we in wereld met onbeperkte mogelijkheden door de huidige technologische ontwikkelingen. Ontwikkelingen als digitalisering, robotisering en automatisering bieden vele nieuwe kansen. Door een correcte uitvoering hiervan worden veelbelovende resultaten verwacht, maar in de praktijk blijkt het vaak ingewikkelder dan gedacht.
Het is lastig om (volledig) nieuwe modellen van de grond te krijgen. Het komt regelmatig voor dat je vol enthousiasme begint, maar ergens onderweg toch vastloopt met de implementatie. Referentiekaders uit het verleden, onzekerheden en de waan van de dag nemen uiteindelijk vaak de overhand.
Precies daar ligt de kracht van Inventurelab. Meekijken, analyseren en vervolgens de eigenaarschapsrol nemen in het systematisch bouwen, borgen en bewaken van (nieuwe) producten.
WAT WE DOEN
We ontwikkelen impactvolle producten en regisseren het ontwikkelproces van A tot Z.
Teveel bedrijven hebben nog steeds enorme overheadskosten doordat projecten ongestructureerd en zonder bewezen methode worden opgezet en geregisseerd. Zonde, want de kans is groot dat bedrijven daardoor producten pas lanceren wanneer het “af” is en pas op dat moment (klant)waarde gaan leveren.
Met bewezen methodes zoals agile product development nemen wij graag de eigenaarschapsrol over in het ontwikkelproces van nieuwe producten. Doordat wij systematisch aan het werk gaan, wordt het zogenoemde ‘cost of delay’ tot het minimum gebracht. Op deze manier levert uw bedrijf gedurende het ontwikkelproces direct kort-cyclisch waarde toe aan uw eindklant.
